Ice Cream Shop Academy is an educational project of Mike Boutin Marketing, run by Mike Boutin. These terms cover the free website, early-access list and free intro-call booking. Contact: mike@icecreamshopacademy.com.

Educational information

Mike shares his experience running Sunday’s Ice Cream and broad lessons for people considering or operating a shop. The content is general education, not individualized legal, tax, accounting, food-safety or financial advice. Your location, budget, requirements and results may differ. Verify licenses, permits, food-safety obligations and other requirements with the appropriate authorities and qualified advisers before making decisions.

We do not guarantee profitability, sales, savings, successful opening, marketing results or any particular business outcome. Shop stories describe Mike's experience and are not a prediction of yours. Public planning information is an overview. Any general cost ranges are illustrative and are not quotes or Mike's actual shop figures.

Course and marketing services

Joining the Academy list is free and does not purchase a course, reserve a price, guarantee a launch date or create a paid membership. No course checkout or payment is offered on this site. Any future course purchase or Scoop Marketing Club service will have its own price, scope and terms, provided before you agree to buy.

Early-access emails and intro calls

By joining the early-access list, you request a confirmation and relevant Academy updates. You may unsubscribe using the email instructions or contact us. Intro calls are free, last 15 minutes and take place by phone. Mike calls the number supplied when booking. Please provide accurate details and use any cancellation or rescheduling instructions if your plans change. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create an advisory, employment, franchise or business partnership relationship. These forms do not enroll you in SMS marketing.

Using our content

The site's original writing, photos, logo and other materials belong to Mike Boutin Marketing or their respective owners. You may read and use the free guidance for your own planning and share links to it. Please obtain permission before reproducing, selling, distributing or republishing our materials. Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Privacy and outside services
